1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Daytile handles information when you use the Daytile app.
Daytile is built to minimize the amount of personal information that is collected or processed. We do not operate user accounts and we do not maintain our own servers containing your habit data.
2. Habit Data
By default, the habits, completion history, settings, streaks, and other information you create in Daytile are stored locally on your device.
Daytile does not send this information to the developer for analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking purposes.
3. iCloud Sync
If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, Daytile uses Apple's iCloud services to store and synchronize your Daytile data across your compatible Apple devices.
iCloud Sync is optional. Data stored through iCloud is handled by Apple and is subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Daytile does not operate a separate cloud service for storing your habit data.
4. Analytics and Tracking
Daytile does not use third-party analytics services and does not track your activity across apps or websites.
We do not use your habit data to create advertising profiles, measure advertising, or serve personalized advertisements.
5. Crash Reporting
Daytile does not include third-party crash reporting services such as Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
6. Advertising
Daytile does not contain advertisements and does not share your data with advertising networks.
7. User Accounts
Daytile does not require or provide user accounts. You do not need to provide your name, email address, password, or other account information to use the app.
8. Notifications and Reminders
If you enable reminders, Daytile may schedule notifications on your device using Apple's notification system.
You can manage or disable notification permissions at any time through your device's Settings.
9. Purchases
Purchases of Daytile Pro are processed by Apple through the App Store.
Daytile does not receive or store your payment card details. Payment processing and purchase information handled by Apple are subject to Apple's applicable terms and privacy practices.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored Daytile data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the relevant app data, or remove the app, subject to your device and backup settings.
If you use iCloud Sync, synced data may also remain in your iCloud account according to your iCloud settings and Apple's data retention practices.
Because Daytile does not maintain user accounts or its own database of your habit data, there is no separate Daytile account to delete.
11. Third-Party Services
Daytile does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs.
The app may use Apple platform services required for features such as iCloud synchronization, notifications, and App Store purchases.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Daytile's features or privacy practices change. Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
