1. About Streakly
Streakly is a habit tracking application designed to help you create habits, record completion history, view progress, manage reminders, and access other habit tracking features.
Some features may be available for free while additional functionality may require Streakly Pro.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Streakly, you agree to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should stop using Streakly.
3. App Store License
Streakly is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to the license agreement and usage rules applicable to apps obtained through the App Store.
Unless a separate valid end-user license agreement applies, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of Streakly.

4. Streakly Free
Streakly may provide a free version with access to a limited set of features.
The features, limits, and functionality included in the free version may change over time as the app evolves.
5. Streakly Pro
Streakly Pro provides access to additional features that are identified in the app before purchase.
The features included with Streakly Pro may evolve over time as Streakly is updated, provided that any changes are made in accordance with applicable App Store rules and consumer protection requirements.
6. Purchases and Payments
Purchases of Streakly Pro are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
Prices, billing periods, and available purchase options are shown in the app and in the App Store before you complete a purchase.
Payment is processed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple Account. Streakly does not receive or store your payment card information.
7. Subscriptions
If Streakly Pro is offered through an auto-renewable subscription, the price and subscription period will be displayed before purchase.
Auto-renewable subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account and are subject to Apple's applicable subscription terms, including renewal and cancellation rules.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
8. Restore Purchases
Eligible previous purchases can be restored using the Restore Purchases option provided in Streakly.
Restoring a purchase may require you to use the same Apple Account associated with the original purchase.
9. Refunds
Purchases made through the App Store are processed by Apple. Refund requests and refund eligibility are therefore handled according to Apple's applicable policies and applicable law.
10. Your Data
By default, Streakly stores your habit data locally on your device.
If you choose to enable iCloud Sync, your Streakly data may be stored and synchronized using Apple's iCloud services.

11. Backups and Data Loss
Streakly may provide features that allow you to back up or restore your habit data.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups where those features are available and important to you.
While reasonable efforts are made to keep Streakly reliable, no software or storage system can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or become unavailable.
12. iCloud
Features that use iCloud depend on Apple's iCloud services and may require an active Apple Account, available iCloud storage, compatible devices, and an internet connection.
Availability and operation of iCloud services are controlled by Apple and may be subject to Apple's own terms and service availability.
13. Notifications and Reminders
Streakly may allow you to create reminders and receive local notifications.
Notifications depend on your device settings and permissions. Streakly cannot guarantee that a notification will always be delivered at a particular time.
Streakly should not be relied upon for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or other time-sensitive alerts.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Streakly or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
You must not use Streakly in violation of applicable law or attempt to access, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Availability and Updates
Streakly may be updated, improved, modified, or discontinued in whole or in part over time.
Certain features may depend on compatible versions of iOS, Apple services, or other technical requirements outside Streakly's control.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely or work on every device or operating system version.
16. No Professional Advice
Streakly is a productivity and habit tracking tool.
Information, statistics, streaks, reminders, and other content presented by the app are provided for general informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice.
17. Disclaimer
Streakly is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While we aim to provide a reliable and high-quality experience, we cannot guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Streakly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use Streakly.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.
19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when Streakly's functionality, business model, or legal requirements change.
Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
